Beyond this point , we might already be in full swing prepping to ship your order for departure. Managed to catch us within the 24 hour window? Expect your refund to be processed within 7 business days.

In the email or message please include the order number, name, and email address you used to process the order so its easier and quicker for us to locate your specific order.
Received a Damaged Item? We meticulously package our products, but sometimes accidents can happen in transit. If your product arrives with defects or physically damaged ( we are not saying a dented box but the actual product itself) please report it to us within 72 hours of delivery. Send a snapshot of the product that is damaged to tuesdaymorningleads@gmail.com and we'll assess if you qualify for a free replacement. Sorry we can not cover damages from regular use, wear and tear, or well any disasters after it is delivered to you.
About Shipping and Delivery: We do our best to ensure prompt delivery, but sometimes things do happen and go awry in transit. whether dur to courier mishaps, custom hold ups, or other shipping snags. For any delivery issues we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibilities for packages that are lost, pilfered or delayed.
